We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane to deliver initiatives that contribute to sales outcomes and enhance the customer experience. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Marketing Coordinator at Hastings Deering, you will:

  • Assist the Marketing & CX team with executing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support automated communications (email and SMS) and website updates, including building landing pages.
  • Maintain up-to-date, brand-compliant Marketing materials.
  • Help plan and deliver customer-facing events, including logistics and reporting.
  • Coordinate content creation (photography, videography, creative assets).
  • Liaise with external suppliers and agencies for timely, cost-effective delivery.
  • Maintain Marketing & CX SharePoint and image library.
  • Provide support on departmental projects as required.

What you’ll need:

A successful teammate will have experience in:
Essential:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, financial acumen, and ability to multi-task under deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2 years’ experience in a marketing role.

Desirable:

  • Proficient in Adobe Suite or Canva.
